Capacitor $15
A second tank. A flow or bursts fill it (it keeps part of what comes in), and any valve can let it out, the way Core is.
UtilityIn: FillOut: Stored
Your Core is empty, but Energy Production fills the Capacitor. Each press lets 30 energy out of it into Launch.
