Terms of use

Last updated October 26, 2026

By playing Nodex you agree to these terms.

The game

Nodex is free to play and provided as it is, without guarantees. It's a game in active development: balance, nodes, prices and features change, and the game may be unavailable at times. In-game money, nodes and items have no real world value and can't be exchanged for money.

Your account

You sign in with Discord and are responsible for what happens on your account. Pick a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone; names that are may be changed or removed.

Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, attack the server, or harass other players, including in chat. Accounts that do may be reset or banned. If you find a bug, please report it.

Content

The game, its code, art and this site belong to their creator. Videos and screenshots of your games are welcome.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from use of the game, including lost progress.

Changes
